Hand Made Pies

You can bake SAROGLOU Pies from the freezer straight to the oven, but for better results, it is recommended to leave the pie to de-frost for approximately 1hour – 2 hours.

Then, you must preheat the oven at 190-200º C and put in the pan in the middle shelf of your oven, after removing the plastic wrap. DO NOT PLACE IT IN CONTACT WITH THE BOTTOM OR VERY CLOSE TO THE UPPER HEATING ELEMENT.

In almost 30 – 35 minutes the pie fluffs out. Punch it with a knife in several places. Put it again in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes. When the pie browns, check it underneath and if it is ready, take it out of the oven.

In case of baking directly from the freezer, preheat the oven at 190-200º C and put in the pan, after removing the plastic wrap.

Mini Handmade Pies

The same applies for the Mini Pies. To achieve a uniform baking, they must be positioned so as not to be stucked together.

The baking time is estimated at 40-45’
